Drafting of Financial Due Diligence reports including but not limited to:
Historical performance analysis
Quality of Earnings: Helping the client identify one-off income costs which should not be considered within underlying earnings.
Net Working Capital “NWC”: Identify the drivers of the evolution of NWC over the historical period and establish a NWC benchmark (peg)
Identification of debt like items from review of balance sheet and off-balance sheet arrangements
Forecasts: Analytical skills to critically assess a target’s forecast and identify potential risks and upsides, based on historical trends, sales pipeline etc
Participating in meetings /conference calls with clients/target company management and serve as a secondary point of contact with respect to day-to-day FDD execution matters
Be actively involved in building and maintaining client relationships as well as promoting Interpath Advisory France.
Requirements
Top tier business / engineering school or university (Bac +5) with a focus on accounting, business, finance or economics
A minimum of 2 years of transaction services experience at a top accounting firm (Big4 or equivalent)
Experience in Audit is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset and team spirit required
Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative environment
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
