turnaround support, including cost reduction and working capital optimisation
options analysis to support stakeholders in making informed strategic decisions
cash flow forecasting and ongoing cash management
Requirements
Demonstrated interest in, or completion of, a recognised professional accounting qualification such as the CFA, Singapore Chartered Accountant, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent
Experience gained within investment banking, professional services, or a Big Four firm is highly desirable
Demonstrable experience managing assignments across restructuring, turnaround, or insolvency advisory
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a proven track record of managing work streams effectively
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrable experience in developing client relationships and advising on restructuring solutions
Willingness to embrace multi-sector work and travel where necessary
Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude and strong team influence
Enthusiasm for professional development and a commitment to mentoring junior team members
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
