Configure Comcast Business services for customers.
Configure Cisco routers, Fortinet firewalls, SDWAN devices and NIDs using templates.
Communicate clearly and understandably with peers, managers, customers, vendors, and other teams.
Organize and prioritize several projects and tasks at one time.
Provide input to other team members, and accept feedback.

Minimum 5 years' experience working in LAN/WAN implementation or support role
CCNA and/or NSE-7 certification is preferred
Advance level working knowledge in configuring IPv4/IPv6 routing, switching and protocols including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, Radius/LDAP, IPsec, GRE, NAT, 802.1q, QOS, VRRP/HSRP, Layer 2 VPLS, SSL VPN and SDWAN.
Advance level working knowledge in configuring SD-WAN devices such as Silver Peak and Fortinet
Ability to read and understand the network diagrams and designs
Working knowledge in Cloud Providers such as AWS, Azure and Google etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves configuration problems in a timely manner
Ability to analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Must be a team player.
