Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance, as well as inspections and repair work on Dingli equipment in the field.
Respond promptly to service calls and provide troubleshooting support for customers throughout the Nordic region.
Maintain service records effectively and manage parts inventory required for repairs.
Deliver training sessions to customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
Gather customer feedback for continuous product improvement while collaborating with engineering and management teams.
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
Technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a service technician, especially in the aerial work platform or heavy machinery industry.
Strong understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems relevant to AWP.
Experience working with clients in the Nordic region is a plus.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the Nordic region.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
Good communication skills; fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Swedish and other Nordic languages will be an advantage, with Swedish being preferred.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
