Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization on a wide range of legal matters.
Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders to support purchase, performance and enforcement of vendor obligations.
Draft and negotiate complex global agreements with vendors, including agreements for IT licenses, SaaS, consulting, outsourcing, HR, Marketing, R&D, Engineering, HSE and other purchased services.
Recognize and prioritize risk elements in contract negotiations and implement risk mitigation strategies
Interpret new laws and regulations and their impact on the business.
