Manages external vendor after launch and implementation to include group onboarding, sales training, resolution of member level issues and client/vendor invoicing
Analyzes and coordinates submission of aggregate executive summaries regarding efficacy of the product/program that are both client facing and line of business specific
Develops, coordinates, evaluates, and provides customer support for activities/programs
Creates member feedback collection methods, monitors member satisfaction and improves services to enhance customer experience
Maintains training and marketing materials
Builds and maintains strong relationships with external companies and internal Lines of Businesses
Maintains detailed procedures/documentation of data sources and all related product methodology
Responsible for developing and implementing policies/procedures, onboarding, and invoicing
Prepares charts, illustrations or other graphic presentations, as well as narrative analysis
Monitors/interprets trends and offers solutions to address emerging healthcare utilization trends
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in job related field
Associates degree plus an extra 2 years of job-related work experience for a total of 6 years of required work experience OR 8 total years required work experience
Three (3) years of product experience (wellness, virtual care, transparency, etc.)
Experience managing multiple product lines
Knowledge of backend claims
Experience meeting contract SLAs
Exceptional communication skills
Experience presenting in front of a virtual audience
Great organizational skills & Attention to detail
