Validate documentation accuracy and ensure financial and funding readiness.
Create Sales Orders (SO) in LN.
Perform final accuracy checks on all received documentation.
Identify financial or system issues prior to installation execution.
Review all received documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Escalate documentation accuracy concerns as necessary.
Maintain system integrity by following established ERP entry standards.
Validate funding method, payment status, and financing details for completeness.
Ensure consistency between upstream systems and LN.
Manage assigned ERP entry queue to meet SLA expectations.
Maintain detailed system notes and documentation to support audits or corrections.

1–3 years of experience in ERP order entry, finance operations, or system‑based processing.
Experience with LN (preferred) or similar ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies across documentation and systems.
Solid understanding of job costing, funding workflows, and financial validation.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
