Supporting the team by conducting research, including gathering, structuring, and systematizing information, as well as benchmarking relevant practices
Performing data analysis to identify key issues and generate initial insights
Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving to understand and address client challenges
Structuring information and translating analytical outputs into clear visual materials (charts, tables, and graphs) to clearly communicate findings and recommendations
Participate in the preparation and delivery of client deliverables (presentations, reports)
Requirements
Graduate or last year student (able to work full time)
All majors considered, with preference for accounting, finance, business administration, economics, mathematics, or public administration
Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic quantitative and qualitative research skills
Flexibility to work across different industries and engagement types
Ability to prepare clear and well-structured presentations and reports
Confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Curiosity, desire to learn and grow professionally
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
