Build and manage strong supplier partnerships across Northern Europe, including logistics, cash management, security services, technology, and indirect categories.
Deliver sustainable value and cost savings, supporting Brink’s procurement strategy and operational excellence in the region.
Serve as the procurement business partner to Market Unit leadership, aligning sourcing priorities with business objectives and operational plans for Northern Europe.
Adapt and execute global category strategies to fit market unit requirements, local regulations, and supply market conditions.
Provide market and regulatory intelligence to inform sourcing and category decisions, including monitoring changes in EU and local law, labor requirements, and supplier risk.
Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, Security, IT) to ensure sourcing strategies address local needs and operational goals.
Lead sourcing, contracting, and supplier negotiations where local nuances, language, or regulatory requirements are critical.
Capture business demand and drive adoption of sourcing playbooks and best practices across the Northern Europe market.
Identify and escalate regional risks, opportunities, and innovations to Market and Category Leaders.
Promote continuous improvement through proactive engagement with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Drive supplier diversity, sustainability, and digitalization initiatives tailored to the Northern Europe market.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
8–12 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles with proven success leading local or regional sourcing projects in Northern Europe.
Strong knowledge of Northern European supply markets, regulations, and supplier landscapes.
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing execution, negotiation, contracting, and supplier relationship management.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions, cultures, and languages to achieve business objectives.
Experience ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with global procurement standards.
Skilled in cross-cultural communication and partnership within complex organizational structures.
Proficiency in procurement systems and tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, SAP, or similar).
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sourcing strategies.
Strong commitment with demonstrated experience in fostering inclusive teams.
Fluency in English required; proficiency in French, Dutch, or a Nordic language is a strong plus.
