Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals for residential and commercial projects
Review and analyze construction blueprints, schedules, and specifications
Utilize digitalized estimation software for material take-offs
Clarify project scope and expectations through client interactions
Monitor project tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
Collaborate with US-based clients and procurement teams to ensure project standards and competitive pricing
Maintain professional client relationships to support ongoing satisfaction and business growth
Assist in documentation processes, purchase orders, meeting minutes, and supplier/vendor communications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Strong attention to detail in analyzing construction drawings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and AutoCAD
Basic mathematical competency with strong analytical skills
0-2 years of experience in cost estimation or related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD and any Estimation tool
Familiarity with construction standards and blueprint reading
Experience with International projects (Not Mandatory)
Knowledge of CSI MasterFormat or similar estimation standards
