Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited College/University preferred
Scrum Master certification required
5+ years of Scrum Master/Agile facilitation experience (2+ years with multiple concurrent development teams)
Minimum 8 years’ experience in IT
Ability to quickly grasp business and technical requirements
Proficient with VersionOne / Agility (or comparable tool)
Strong facilitation skills to effectively lead discussions across multiple groups
Working knowledge of DevSecOps and Agile SDLC practices
