Support the buying and trading of the Shoes category to deliver strong commercial results across sales, margin, stock health, and customer satisfaction.
Lead the range build and buying process: SKU selection, order quantities, delivery phasing, and product set-up accuracy.
Define and execute replenishment strategy for core styles and best sellers, ensuring strong availability by size.
Collaborate with Supply Chain/Operations to manage delivery timelines and resolve supply issues.
Support weekly trading routines: track performance by brand, franchise, price point, and key styles. Identify risks and opportunities and propose actions.
Assist with campaign readiness: ensure hero SKUs, stock availability, and promotional set-up are aligned.
Support day-to-day communication with brands/vendors.
Requirements
1–3 years experience in buying, merchandising, planning, or commercial support (fashion/e-commerce/retail preferred).
Strong analytical and organizational skills; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups).
Interest and understanding of footwear: key brands, seasonality, sizing, trend vs core basics.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines (launches, deliveries, campaign prep).
Good communication skills to work with internal teams and external vendor
