About this role
Role Overview
Support the daily operations within Traka BELUX and ensure the correct and efficient processing of administrative and financial processes.
Telephone reception
Checking and processing incoming invoices
Outgoing invoicing
Follow-up of customer administration, order book
Process incoming and outgoing payments
Monthly and annual closing in collaboration with external accountant
Follow-up of software licenses and maintenance contracts
Performing general administrative work
Purchase in collaboration with management
Personnel/payroll processing in collaboration with external payroll provider
Requirements
Appropriate ERP experience
Team player who will work closely with other departments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
Flexibility and adaptability when tackling new tasks
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
Minimum education at secondary school level
