Independently manage electrical construction projects – from planning through handover
Coordinate installers, subcontractors and other trades
Quality assurance, materials management and schedule monitoring
Technical coordination with clients, planners and project owners

Completed vocational training in an electrotechnical trade (e.g., electronics technician, electrician, electrical installer)
Technician, master craftsman or comparable qualification — or several years of experience as a senior foreman/site supervisor
Experience independently managing electrical construction sites (residential or commercial)
Confident working with drawings, VDE regulations, DIN standards as well as safety and quality standards
Able to coordinate teams, assertive and composed on site
Experience with MS Office; ideally also with software such as iTWO, PowerProject or AutoCAD
Structured, solution-oriented and responsible — with an eye for both the big picture and the details
