Strategy Associate

Role Overview

• Assist with research design, analysis and reporting results for quantitative and qualitative research projects
• Assist with questionnaire design, data collection planning, proposal development
• Draft and edit research reports
• Proofreading and quality assurance protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years related experience and/or training
• High level of attention to detail
• Deadline driven and able to produce high-quality work within short timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Interest in public policy, politics, campaigns, or non-profit advocacy
• Basic knowledge of statistics and quantitative research
