Role Overview

• Support online customers by providing expert medication advice and professional service all without face-to-face interaction
• Responding to inbound calls and emails relating to prescription medications, dosages, side effects, and interactions
• Stock availability and general order queries
• Supporting customers in navigating the website and online ordering process
• Assisting with prescription verification and resolving medication-related queries
• Participating in drug access programs including counselling
• Communicating clearly and empathetically to support customer needs
• Ensuring high standards of compliance and service across all interactions

Requirements

• Qualified pharmacist
• Customer-focused role experience
