About this role
Role Overview
Actively develop and manage relationships with high‑value business clients while promoting a broad range of banking products and services.
Develop strong partnerships with commercial relationship managers, branch managers, and other internal teams to support seamless client experiences.
Drive sales performance by meeting goals related to volume, profitability, sales activities, and calling efforts.
Build new referral channels through centers of influence, community engagement, bank events, and participation in professional and small business seminars.
Understand the full suite of company products and refer clients to partners across the organization as appropriate.
Coordinate meetings between prospective clients and key partners including Commercial Relationship Managers, Treasury Management, Mortgage, Investments, and others.
Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations.
Requirements
You have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required).
You have 4 or more years of experience in business banking (Required).
An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
