Role Overview
- Perform calibrations and maintenance on clients' equipment (notably liquid handling systems)
- Coordinate with clients to establish metrology schedules and inspection checks for specific equipment
- Monitor service activities and travel to client sites for interventions as required
- Manage your working time autonomously
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction
Requirements
- Education: minimum Bac+2/+3 (equivalent to 2–3 years of post-secondary education) in Quality, Laboratory Technician or related field
- Driver's license REQUIRED
- Ideally, you have knowledge of metrology
- Experience in volumetrics is desirable
- Autonomous, rigorous, well-organized and strong customer relations skills
