Role Overview
- Perform calibrations and maintenance of clients' equipment (notably liquid-handling equipment)
- Define metrology schedules and required checks for each piece of equipment in collaboration with clients
- Monitor service interventions and travel to client sites as required
- Manage your own working time autonomously
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: minimum Bac+2/+3 (equivalent to a 2
- to 3-year post-secondary diploma) in Quality, Laboratory Technology, or a related field
- Driving license REQUIRED
- Ideally, you have knowledge of metrology
- Experience in volumetry (volumetric measurement) is desirable
- Autonomy, rigor, strong organizational skills and client-relations skills.
