About this role
Role Overview
- Lead mechanical design activities for both small and large customer projects
- Design and adapt large-scale industrial machinery to customer requirements using 3D CAD
- Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to engineering questions from customers and suppliers
- Drive product improvements and contribute to R&D and innovation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, testing, and supplier teams
- Take ownership of project progress by proactively gathering information and coordinating internally
- Support continuous improvement across mechanical design standards and solutions
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical design (industrial machinery, sheet metal, or automation are an advantage)
- Solid experience with 3D CAD (Creo and Windchill strongly preferred)
- Experience working in a production
- or project-oriented engineering environment
- Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.
