Provide accurate project effort estimates and assess the impact of changes in business strategy.
Facilitate evaluation of solution options and support decision-making that aligns with the target architecture.
Identify opportunities to create reusable enterprise services and capabilities.
Educate technical teams on the business context, goals, and priorities of each project.
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira and Scrum or Agile.

+5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Hands on experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum and DevOps.
Experience in the CRO (Contract Research Organization) industry, supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences companies.
Advanced written and spoken English fluency is a MUST HAVE (from B2 level to C1/C2)
MUST BE located in Central or South America.
