Requirements
Must be local to Jacksonville, FL and fluent in both Spanish and English.
High School Graduate/GED.
0-1 Years related work experience preferred.
Ability to multitask and be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
Top-notch communication skills.
Must have excellent service orientation and ability to engage with customers.
Patience and politeness in explaining policies and procedures to customers.
