Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and internal departments, external partners, investors, physician practices, and C-level stakeholders
Provide comprehensive executive support to up to four executives
Manage complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation and submission of expense reports
Respond confidently and professionally to internal and external inquiries, phone calls, and office visits
Demonstrate strong judgment, discretion, and a proactive, service-oriented approach
Establish, maintain, and update files, reports, databases, and operational records while managing highly confidential and sensitive information
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience in administrative, executive support, or operations environments
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related technology platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Workday)
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
