Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred
Leadership experience in healthcare, patient access, registration, medical office operations, or a high-volume customer service environment
Experience coaching, developing, and managing employee performance
Knowledge of patient registration, insurance verification, billing processes, and HIPAA requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive operational results in a fast-paced environment
