About this role

Lead the day-to-day direction of a Client Delivery Team to achieve client and company goals while supporting staff development and operational excellence
Drive compliant study execution, strengthen client relationships, and step into project management responsibilities as needed to ensure high-quality delivery
Monitor productivity, quality, and contract performance metrics and report outcomes to leadership
Coach, mentor, and develop team members while supporting performance management and professional growth
Ensure studies are planned and executed in accordance with FDA, ICH, and/or EMEA guidelines and Good Clinical Practice requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and/or related field preferred
Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical trials/ hospital-funded research, project management or laboratory environment
Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and company systems, or equivalent experience with similar Centralized Laboratory systems preferred
Strong knowledge of Project Services processes, company laboratory processes, and/or equivalent working knowledge of central laboratory operations preferred
Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
