About this role

Contribute to quality processes across planning, development, and release stages of the SDLC
Use AI-assisted development tools to design, generate, validate, and maintain test assets at scale
Review and critically evaluate AI-generated test output before it enters the repo, catching false positives, coverage gaps, and brittle assertions
Collaborate with developers, product teams, and QA leadership to define quality standards and communicate risk clearly
Think beyond local scripts, understand how test solutions scale from 10 to 10,000 and architect accordingly
Adapt processes quickly in response to a changing product environment

Experience in software QA, testing or software development
Working knowledge of one or more programming languages, including JavaScript, Python, Java, C# or TypeScript
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright or similar) covering API and web UI testing
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with AI coding assistants and extract reliable, production-ready output
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proactive and curious approach
