QSR Experience: You’ve managed 3 or more quick-service restaurants for at least 2 years
Food Safety: You’re ServSafe certified (or similar)
Energy: You happily provide smiling, friendly service to both your team and customers
Servant Leadership: You know what makes great leaders and help your team thrive
Conflict Resolution: You expertly navigate tough situations
Business Acumen: P&L management, sales forecasting, staffing, food safety, etc.
