Coordinate and track unit participation in scheduled training exercises, operational events, and mission readiness activities
Monitor exercise schedules and provide regular status updates to squadron leadership regarding upcoming training opportunities and requirements
Support planning and execution efforts for major exercises, including large-scale Air Force and joint-service training events
Coordinate with operations, training, weapons, scheduling, and exercise planning teams to ensure mission objectives are identified, integrated into planning efforts, and successfully achieved during execution
Maintain exercise planning records, schedules, briefings, and supporting documentation
Consolidate, organize, and maintain After-Action Reports (AARs) and lessons learned from completed exercises
Develop and update leadership briefings, presentations, and exercise status reports
Schedule and facilitate planning meetings, record meeting minutes, and track action items
Serve as a liaison between squadron leadership, exercise planners, scheduling personnel, and participating organizations
Disseminate exercise planning information and schedules across classified and unclassified systems as required
Monitor changes to exercise plans and proactively coordinate with stakeholders to minimize operational impacts
Track and report exercise participation metrics and readiness data as directed by leadership
Maintain familiarity with applicable Air Force, Department of Defense, and operational regulations that govern exercise planning and execution
Provide administrative and planning support to unit exercise project officers and leadership teams
Requirements
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a military environment
Minimum of two (2) years of experience serving as a Flight Scheduler within a Department of Defense flying squadron
Experience supporting Air Force operational units, flying squadrons, or training organizations
Familiarity with large-scale military exercises, including joint, coalition, or combat readiness training events
Knowledge of Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) or virtual training environments
Experience coordinating across multiple organizations in a fast-paced operational setting
Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills
Proficiency in preparing leadership briefings, reports, and presentations
