Coordinate and review APAC regional tax provision packages to ensure alignment with corporate requirements.
Support US tax reporting deliverables, including tax expense forecasting, cash tax projections, and underlying financial data analysis.
Implement and monitor Arrow’s intercompany transfer pricing policies and cost allocation systems.
Drive regional BEPS / Pillar 2 compliance and tracking local adoptions.
Coordinate and support health checks, tax audits, and inquiries across the region.
Proactively identify tax risks and operational inefficiencies; design and implement process enhancements to strengthen tax controls.
Assist ad hoc tax projects, structural changes, and regional assignments.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 4 years of tax experience with regional APAC exposure.
A blend of Big 4 public accounting and corporate in-house tax experience is ideal.
Solid working knowledge of APAC corporate income tax regimes and transfer pricing concepts.
Knowledge of US GAAP tax accounting principles (ASC 740) and general ledger data analysis will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to break down complex tax technical concepts into clear, non-technical business language for management and internal stakeholders.
Strong command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) to effectively collaborate with regional offices and stakeholders.
