Role Overview
- Support regulatory activities for the Animal Nutrition and Health portfolio across the United States and Canada
- Prepare and contribute to regulatory submissions, including Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS), Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO), and Canadian feed (CFIA) approvals
- Partner with R&D teams to provide regulatory guidance on product development, safety, and compliance
- Manage U.S. state feed license requirements, including registrations and tonnage reporting
- Collaborate with global regulatory colleagues to support product registrations and compliance initiatives
- Maintain and update regulatory documentation, including tracking tools for North American registrations
- Coordinate legalization and documentation requests for global feed registrations from U.S. manufacturing sites
- Participate in industry associations (e.g., Animal Nutrition Association of Canada, American Feed Industry Association) to support advocacy and regulatory alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a closely related scientific field
- 3-8 years of experience in regulatory affairs or related scientific/regulatory work
- Experience preparing regulatory submissions, dossiers, or scientific/technical documentation
- Understanding of animal nutrition, biological products, and safety/efficacy evaluation
- Experience supporting product registrations, approvals, or market access activities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation management skills
