Support to management of the Environment and Energy service: Provide assistance to the Head of Service in the areas of water quality, biodiversity, environment and renewable energies
Manage operationally, under the Head of Service’s supervision, all service staff on contracted missions and ensure objectives are met
Assist the Head of Service with coordination of the environment and energy committee (liaison with elected officials, committee organization) and with implementation of the political strategy for the mandate
Act as deputy to the Head of Service upon request
Operational follow-up of files: Lead the MAEC programme; participate in the service’s operational activities (agri-environmental diagnostics, HVE certification); take part in cross-cutting actions (CAP, liaison with viticulture and crop production services)
Requirements
Degree in agricultural/agronomic engineering or a Master’s degree
Driving licence (Category B) — weekly travel to Segonzac
Strong technical background in environment and renewable energies
Knowledge of environmental certification schemes
Ability to work cross-functionally with other services within the Chamber
Management and project development skills
Budget monitoring skills
