About this role

Support candidates setting up in agriculture and oyster farming in structuring their projects
Assist farmers in difficulty
Carry out diagnostics and forecast economic studies
Help candidates with securing financing
Provide administrative support for young people applying for aid
Monitor young farmers during the first years after installation
Support the teams of the Chamber of Agriculture during CAP (Common Agricultural Policy) declaration periods

Engineering degree or Master's in agriculture or in business/economics management
Knowledge of agricultural economics and farm management
Experience in advising farmers and/or in business management consulting
Enjoy working in the field and interacting with farmers
Strong organizational skills, rigor, loyalty, and a team-oriented approach
Experience in group facilitation and project management is a plus
Proficiency with basic computer tools
Valid driver's license (Category B) required
