Conduct maturity assessments (stakeholders, tools, practices).
Map key competencies and analyze the criticality of knowledge.
Design KM solutions (knowledge base, lessons learned (REX), communities of practice, learning on the job) that promote knowledge capture and reuse.
Establish content governance (lifecycle, roles, content quality).
Structure learning pathways integrated into business workflows (blended learning, learning in the flow of work).
Design effective learning materials (instructional design, clear messaging, impact of learning assets).
Deploy and facilitate adoption mechanisms (communities, co-creation, local field ambassadors).

Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, engineering, or the humanities.
5 to 10 years' experience in Knowledge Management.
Experience in change management, training design/engineering, and transformation projects.
Experience in an industrial environment is highly valued.
Structured mindset with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Good listening skills and a “solution maker” mindset.
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
