Evaluate and assess practices to identify strengths and areas of opportunity, helping with coaching contract sales throughout the process
Quickly analyze data and team climate in order to present findings and create implementation plans as the foundation of coaching contracts
Work with customers and Clinical Coach peers to align on topics and dates for in-person coaching delivery and virtual follow-ups, in accordance with the Coaching and Education department's guidelines on cadence
Host monthly calls with clients to check in and take pulse on their improvements; offer tools to help with adoption and accountability
Help practices implement systems that optimize patient care and satisfaction while growing revenue and profitability of the practice
Drive sustainable, measurable, and profitable growth through rigor and monthly review of the practice KPIs
Monitor P&L statements for each practice and develop effective ways to close the gaps between actual performance and company projections
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with dental team in order to influence and nurture long-standing relationships
Write and deliver comprehensive recaps/progress reports after each customer visit
Maintain organized and detailed customer records in accordance with the Coaching and Education department's protocols
Help shape and evolve curriculum so that it remains relevant and forward-thinking
Maintain customer confidentiality
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
4-6 years of dental business/practice management experience
Ability to travel up to 4 times per month
Ability to work up to 19 hours per week
