Provide guidance, modeling, and support to junior RBTs and other team members.
Assist in onboarding new technicians and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.
Implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs with high accuracy, supporting clients in achieving both behavioral and skill-based goals.
Collect and monitor data on client behavior and skill development, ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
Provide feedback and suggestions to BCBAs for potential modifications to treatment plans.
Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions to clients in various settings (home, school, clinic, or community) and maintain high standards of care.
Implement advanced behavior reduction techniques.
Maintain open lines of communication with BCBAs, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
Stay updated on the latest practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through ongoing training and professional development.
Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards.
Complete detailed and accurate session notes, ensuring timely submission of required documentation.
Report progress, challenges, and improvements to the supervising BCBA.
Assist in addressing challenging behaviors and managing crises when necessary, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

RBT certification (Required) with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in applied behavior analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
Proficiency in data collection software: Central Reach (CR Mobile) exp a plus
