About this role
Role Overview
Provide ongoing support in organization, information management, reception, communication, case management and follow-up
Manage executive calendars
Organize meetings and travel arrangements
Inform contacts and redirect requests when necessary
Receive, screen and forward telephone messages and emails
Gather all documents required to prepare meetings or manage files
Draft meeting minutes and various correspondence
Maintain and update various activity tracking spreadsheets
Requirements
Significant experience as an executive assistant
Strong organizational skills, autonomy and rigor
Excellent written communication skills
Knowledge of the functioning of municipal bodies and decision-making processes
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
Sense of diplomacy and discretion
Good interpersonal skills and commitment to public service
