Oversee image retouching using Adobe Photoshop
Manage the end-to-end post-photography workflow
Develop into the primary point of contact between the post-photography function and wider creative, production, and client-facing stakeholders
Manage and maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
Develop, document, and continuously improve post-photography workflows and processes
Ensure all images are colour-corrected and prepared to specification
Monitor and maintain the integrity of the asset library

Experience in professional photography post-production or digital retouching environment
Advanced-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Strong working knowledge of the wider Adobe Creative Suite (Bridge, Camera Raw, Lightroom)
Experience working with and contributing to Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
Excellent eye for detail and a deep understanding of colour management
Comfortable working to tight deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously
