Role Overview
Lead technology readiness planning, governance, and delivery
Own key outputs including customer segmentation and migration strategy, data cleansing, testing, and environment readiness
Manage internal and external teams within a complex programme environment
Oversee budgets, supplier relationships, and delivery quality
Ensure risks, compliance, and data governance are effectively managed.
Requirements
Proven experience delivering large-scale technology or transformation programmes
Strong background in data migration, governance, and system integration
Experience in utilities, financial services, telecoms, or public sector
A confident leader with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
