Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in Healthcare Litigation
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Strong academic backgrounds
- Proven skills in research
- Ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Experience briefing and arguing motions
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Experience leading written discovery efforts
- Trial experience preferred but not required
- Must reside and be licensed and admitted to practice in Georgia
