About this role

Administer and assist in the development of various domestic and global compensation programs
Analyze job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate compensation grades
Initiate data gathering for participation and completion of salary surveys conducted by third parties
Implement and maintain compensation reporting tools including the salary modeling tool
Participate in the salary administration process including preparation, analysis, and finalization of tools
Maintain salary structures including annual market range updates and ongoing job maintenance
Assist in the implementation and administration of organization bonus and incentive plans
Develop reports for external and internal reporting of employee information based on users requests

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to prepare presentation, including charts, graphics, and tables as required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas and large data sets)
Demonstrated data collection, analytic and data reporting/presentation skills required
2-3 years’ experience in compensation preferred
