Software Test Analyst – IDIT, Guidewire, Insurance Transformation

Role Overview

• Designing and executing high-quality testing across multiple workstreams
• Working closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Supporting and contributing to test automation initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in software testing within the insurance sector
• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire or IDIT (essential)
• Good understanding of insurance processes across Policy, Claims, and Billing
• Experience across multiple testing phases (SIT, UAT, E2E)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Desirable: Experience in test automation
• Knowledge of SQL and API testing
• ISTQB certification
