About this role
Role Overview
Manage client relationships: define requirements, receive input data, plan work, and handle contractual follow-up.
Organize field visits and ensure the quality of delivered outputs.
Present results, defend technical choices, and support decision-making.
Coordinate external partners and WSP teams, including international collaborators.
Supervise the production of deliverables by design teams: exploratory studies and feasibility studies.
Ensure technical coherence, quality, timely delivery, and alignment with contractual requirements.
Requirements
You hold an engineering degree (Master's level / Bac+5).
You have at least 10 years' experience in a railway engineering consultancy.
Strong experience in upstream railway studies (conventional lines, high-speed lines
LGV) and ideally in urban mobility (tram, metro).
Proven ability to analyze, structure, synthesize, and present arguments.
Natural aptitude for project management and team coordination.
Rigour, autonomy, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality work.
Curiosity, open-mindedness, and a desire to contribute to high-impact projects.
Fluency in French and English is required to collaborate with our international teams.
