Role Overview

• Deliver excellent experiences for customers and prospects
• Provide service for both teller and platform responsibilities
• Promote, explain, open and renew financial institution services
• Drive proactive needs-based sales conversations through interactions
• Perform transactions of a paying and receiving teller
• Educate customers on options for managing transactions using technology
• Assist other staff in serving customers

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and to accommodate travel to different branches as needed
• Knowledge of consumer credit structuring and lending practices
• Demonstrated analytical, accuracy and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
