About this role

Assist in monthly close and entity reporting activities for Europe based Post Trade controllership team.
Prepare month-end accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Collaborate with finance teams for proper accounting and reporting.
Standardize processes and onboard additional scope according to the TOM.
Develop training materials for new hire onboarding.
Support external audit processes and adhere to internal controls as per group policies.
Collaborate in continuous improvement activities.

Professional accounting degree with 5 years of experience in General Accounting.
Strong people and stakeholder management track record.
Technical accounting knowledge, particularly UK GAAP and IFRS.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, Oracle Fusion, and Blackline accounting systems.
Background in financial services or post trade is an added advantage.
Familiarity with ERP implementation projects and related change management.
Experience in financial process improvement, standardization, and documentation.
Experience in working with globally distributed teams.
