Supply Chain Engineer responsible for driving improvement to factory manufacturing availability and liaising with the factory on materials gap analysis closure plans.
Optimize the end-to-end raw material supply chain ensuring low risk and defined business continuity plans.
Manage and drive quality issues related to supplier safety and quality performance.
Collaborate with leadership to improve cost structures and drive performance to outcome-based contracts.
Lead and mentor less experienced Supply Chain Engineers.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field and 6+ years of experience OR PhD in the same fields and 4+ years of experience.
4+ years of experience with Semiconductor factory operations, supply chain engineering, Supply Chain Planning, or supplier management.
Root cause analysis and model-based problem solving (MBPS), KPI development, and performance tracking for supply chain operations.
Project management experience.
High systems proficiency including all MS applications.
Excellent data analysis skills and, including forecasting, budget management.
