As a key member of a growing public organization, reporting to the Head of the Legal Affairs Department, you act as a genuine partner to Pix’s teams.
You support the organization’s projects by providing pragmatic legal solutions tailored to operational needs and Pix’s digital environment.
You manage your files independently while contributing to the structuring and evolution of the organization’s legal practices.
Support projects and secure Pix’s activities
Advise teams on legal issues related to Pix’s activities; participate in the legal qualification of projects and in defining appropriate contractual frameworks; support teams in running projects involving public and private partners; contribute to legal risk management and to securing the organization’s activities.
Lead GDPR and data protection matters
Assist with Pix’s compliance with data protection regulations; participate in maintaining processing registers and conducting data protection impact assessments; oversee relationships between data controllers and processors; respond to data subject requests; take part in exchanges with supervisory authorities; raise awareness and train teams on data protection issues.
Draft and negotiate contracts
Draft, negotiate and monitor execution of IT, partnership and service contracts; support procurement of digital products and services; participate in the award and monitoring of public contracts; adapt contractual templates to regulatory changes and the organization’s needs.
Monitor developments and spread legal knowledge
Carry out legal watch on topics related to digital technology, GDPR, artificial intelligence and contracts; produce operational recommendations; lead awareness sessions for teams.
Contribute to Pix’s strategic objectives
Support the development of new services and partnerships, including in an international context; participate in managing Pix’s intangible assets (software, databases, trademarks and domain names).
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in digital law, ideally gained in a public institution, a technology company, a law firm or an organization working on digital issues.
You have solid expertise in several of the following areas: GDPR and data protection; IT and digital contracts; public procurement; intellectual property; competition law.
