The Coordinator, Trade Marketing (B2B) plays a vital role in supporting the trade marketing team in executing sales-aligned marketing initiatives for the travel advisor and agency channel.
Reporting directly to the Director of Trade Marketing, this role is designed for a rising marketing professional with the ambition and capability to grow into an Associate Manager position.
Working cross-functionally with internal teams, including trade marketing, sales, expeditions, B2C marketing, and trade advertising, the coordinator helps ensure consistent, high-impact messaging for the travel trade.
Key areas of focus include consortia and strategic account marketing support, trade event coordination, educational webinars, social media content strategy and execution, lead-generating campaign support, and administrative tracking.
Requirements
BA/BS required in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent industry experience
2–3+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing, events, social media, or related field, preferably in the travel industry. B2B experience a plus
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, particularly in event planning and management
Excellent ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated critical thinking skills and solutions-driven attitude

Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and partners

Using the English language, this person must have the ability to read, write, and comprehend policies, legal guidelines, correspondence, and memos
