About this role

Serve as the subject matter expert for our SaaS-based TMS platform
Accelerate customer integration by planning, managing, and overseeing parallel integration projects using APIs and EDI
Work closely with sales to demo solutions, answer complex technical questions, and ensure customers realize the maximum value from our system

4+ years of experience working in a solutions engineering/architect and/or technical project management capacity dealing directly with customers and multiple technical teams
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to effectively communicate client desires to the development team
Proven track record of SaaS software implementation and systems integrations
Ability to clearly define and deliver technical solutions that drive client satisfaction and business results
Experience with system integration design, implementation, testing (EDI/API)
Native or highly proficient English language skills
Excellent customer service skills
First hand experience working with a TMS system is a plus
