Design, implement, and continuously improve employee and leadership development programs
Ensure alignment with the company's talent strategy
Build scalable development solutions that enhance employee growth, strengthen capabilities, and support career progression across the organization
Oversee core development frameworks and tools such as mentoring, coaching, assessments, skills/competency models, and career pathing
Partner closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and Centers of Excellence to ensure effective adoption and impact of development programs
Requirements
Advanced English proficiency
Extensive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resources
Experience managing talent data, processes, tools, and vendors
Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise-wide talent programs
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Talent Expertise: Deep knowledge of development, succession planning, performance management, and career development processes, with the ability to translate strategy into executable plans
Advanced Program & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to manage complex initiatives, synthesize talent needs into frameworks, and apply a product mindset to drive continuous improvement
Influence & Collaboration: Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to lead programs and influence multiple stakeholders
