Role Overview
- Lead technical delivery of global physical security modernization initiatives
- Drive transition from legacy systems to cloud-based physical security platforms
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and manage competing demands
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams with minimal oversight
- Identify and incorporate emerging technologies to improve efficiency
- Provide technical leadership across architecture, design, implementation, and ongoing support
- Evaluate and approve technical solutions ensuring alignment with standards
- Conduct testing oversight including functionality, integration, and security validation
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis
- Communicate project status, risks, and impacts to stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years related work experience
- At least three years of development experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Graduate degree preferred
